Product arrived in good order. Haven't tested yet, but assume it works as it does look brand new. There were no seals apparent on box but its server equipment so not sure that is relevant.

I contacted numerous online companies to special order five automotive tools from one manufacturer, but I either received no response, or I received a quote for one or two items already on the websites. Prime Buy was the ONLY online company willing to help me with all of the tools I wanted. I look forward to more interactions with Prime Buy.
