Can't rate the PrimeBuy experience
Can't rate the PrimeBuy experience presently insofar as the product I ordered will not ship for 3-4 weeks and, of course, has not yet been received and subjected to inspection.
Customer reps with whom I have spoken were hard to understand, although one of the three individuals was most helpful in assisting me place the order. The first individual with whom I spoke was completely unknowledgeable about the product but did spend some time on the phone trying to answer my questions, albeit hesitatingly.
I do appreciate PB communicating with me recently, keeping me somewhat informed about my order. I hope my faith in PB in placing the order was not misplaced, but so far so good. Please ask my opinion once I have received my order and I will be better informed for the evaluation.
