Your customer service was top notch. Was recommended due to the BC Hydro rebate but I was already searching on Apple for HomeKit baseboard thermostats. The fact that you proactively reached out to inform that I would get a refund due to upcoming sale even though I had already purchased was unexpected and delightful. The only thing I would suggest is to continue to integrate more whole home sensors into your product lineup. How awesome would it be to also control your bathroom fans with the humidity sensors. How about air quality sensors built into the thermostats. Pack it all into one and you make an amazing product even more robust.
