Love the Nimble Champ. I had an issue with my champ that was still under warranty. Customer service was fantastic and product works great.

Full charge lasts awhile when I’m out. My phone battery drains quickly so this is perfect.

I give nimble so much credit for living up to their sustainability efforts. I loved my portable charger from them until it randomly stopped working (would not charge back up). I'd purchased it in store from Staples around 2 years before so I didn't have the receipt but I thought it wouldn't hurt to reach out. They not only honored the warranty and sent me a new portable charger, but also paid the shipping for me to send the old one back to be recycled. It shows that they stand behind the longevity of their products and their eco commitments. They've converted me to be a true fan of theirs and I know where I'll turn for new tech accessory needs and e-waste recycling.
