Had an issue with the product and contacted vendor. Still under warranty, sent it back (prepaid), and received replacement shortly thereafter. Thanks.

Had one last for about 6 years before it started wearing out and didn’t even think twice about where to order the replacement. When it got delivered incorrectly through UPS they were fast to answer and help me out. Will be buying my charging cables here forever.
