Tracking of delivery poor, product set up instruction poor, still cannot set product up to work. No product support information available. In all very disappointed

I order only one translator . You charged me for 2 . U have to refund me for the second one . This is the 4th time i ask you & u keep ignoring me . If u dont i'll publish your behaviour in the social media .

I purchased your product and have been unable to get it working. The instructions that came with it are insufficient. I went on line to look at the manual for further assistance and found there is no manual for my country. Your product is clearly one of the worst investments I've ever made.
