Translation by voice is inaccurate and very difficult to use it. Written words sometime quite different to the meanings from dictionarys

Ordering website lacked a review and revise feature before final submission. I distinctly selected the order button for only 1 device, yet the order showed multiple devices being ordered. I immediately went to you on-line chat feature, but was told it was too late to modify the order. Enence shipped 5 devices when I only tried to order one device. I had to pay $ 40 return postage. On the positive side, Enence did fully refund the $ 265 unauthorized charge on my credit card. Overall this was an unsatisfactory experience.
