Returned item mo,ago not heard a peep from you guys,,,sending it to. Out of the Country for reimbursement sounds a little fishey,,,,and it looks like the fish are coming up s m e l l e y!!!!!!!!

I ordered one product, but it billed me for three!! I rang customer service immediately & the lady I spoke to ensured me that she had changed the order to one product. I have been sent 5 of the same product & appear to be getting nowhere!!

I ordered an item buy one get one free, instead they send me 5 that I have to pay $265.00. I only need 1 but Iwas gonna return the rest but have to be charged restocking fee and be responsible with the mailing. So the option they gave me was 50% off. So I took it Now I'm stock with extra enence. How I wish they should just send you what you ordered.

Did not know that you must use your smartphone together with the enence translater.

The problem is the WiFi: not everywhere and not strong enough!!
