Hi, it’s problematic to reconnect every time again. It doesn’t remember the languages I chose and there is no visual indication when I’m connected. When I get a call during connection it transfer the voice of the phone and it isn’t always what I’d like to do. Besides it is sometimes slow but with good internet it works pretty good

delivery was great and prompt ... however, I was unable to grasp the understanding of the instructions, therefore I will be returning the items purchased

why isn`t the manual available in several languages? I would like to have them in German!

Your customer service rep was very, very nice. I was unhappy however, that I couldn't cancel my order right away when I realized I wouldn't really use the product...and then the restocking fee bothered me. Product came from NY but I had to do very expensive return shipping to Europe. Why couldln't I send it back to NY? The website to do the return was a little complicated....but okay
