Package OK, shipping OK, but the translator is terrible. Only if you write words or sentences they will be translated more correctly. But if you say something there is a complete different word or sentence coming over. Tried from both sides. The team offered 15 % less which I finally accepted as it would be a lot of work to ship it back.

format is inflexible. i just want to return product to you but want to confirm the proper address to do so.

for it to work you have to use the phone and the translator at the same time, this is uncomfortable

Hard to pick a language, when all you show are flags for each country. Having the name of each country would be so much easier. Please fix this issue. Ty
