Although circumstances are such that I have to return my units I would like ro thank you for having a supoort system that has made that process much easier. Being an "oldster" I particularly appreciated the patience of the young man I worked with who was able to answer my questions directly. Although I have never been in Vilnius, Lithuania my wife was a second generation LIthuianin raised iwith many ohters in Chicago. I wish you had a facility for returns in the US of Canada to check the conditions of the returns althouhg as your business is International I can understand why Europe is probably more central for your needs.
