Horrible

A total waste of money. I wish I had did better research before I wasted my money. I tried using this in Europe and paid expected shipping to have it before my trip from the US. The device didn’t work in the countries where Skyroam stated there was coverage. Customer service is non existent. Skyroam is basically scamming customers. Don’t buy or rent from Skyroam.

I was charged twice for this item and I cannot get a resolution to the issue. I paid for multiple day passes and cannot connect to the hotspot overall a rip off.
