Skyroam - OLD

It did not work.

We have tried the Skyroam Solis lite in three different areas while we travel. Very poor connectivity performance, often less than 1 mbps. And when we called to ask to change towers or for support, they say there’s nothing they can do, and maybe we should return it. We probably will. No one seems interested in helping us figure this out.

Horrible customer service. No one follows through on promises or responds to issues about malfunctioning equipment.

Worst customer service and support I have seen in a very long time

Global internet has not worked at all in Brazil.
