The experience with purchasing was fine. However, it appears the service does not work in the areas listed on the website. So as a new customer, after spending 4 hours with customer service to be told the service is not available, where I had travelled to for work, was truly disappointing. I trusted the information provided on the website. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer and would not recommend this service and will find another provider.

Customer service horrible. Purchased device and day passes. Company confirms receipt of funds. Device doesn’t work. Don’t do it!

Reading the information I was excited to buy the product and use it. Since I have had it, the service has not been good. Only using an Ipad on it, the service is slow. There is a red light that comes on a lot.
