hard to maintain speed

Very slow download and upload speeds in a major international city like Dubai.

Awful service. Awful service. Awful service. From no response to dismissal to no response. Agreed to replace defective unit, then......nothing. Not once, but 3 times.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I purchased the Solis Lite for an upcoming trip, but when the device arrived it didn't work. After charging it up all night.... I tried to turn it on, and zip. Crickets. Nothing. No lights. No action or connectivity. The box was all banged up, and it was clear they'd sent me some old, beat up, rental device and not a new one like I'd purchased. I called customer service to let them know what was going on and that I'd need a another device shipped out asap because the one they sent was a lemon, but oh gosh they were so disappointingly unhelpful. Anyway, I sent the device back for a full refund, and went with another company. I had a much better experience with Travel Wifi.
