Download speed never works

Shipping great, set up bad, coverage not good

I could not get the wifi to work the last time I tryied. I also noticed a day pass was missing that I didnt use. I need help.

I paid for a month unlimited service for Skyroam when I asked how to start the service I was told there was a problem and they could not fix it after over an hour online chatting. Promised a call the next day which did not happen. Emailed twice about the issue still waiting for a reply. Still not getting the service and no refund, call or email.

Sent me an email asking for unit back the day it arrived.
