The customer service we got the first time to set up the device had not knowledge spends about an hour with him with no results. Service in Costa Rica where we used sucks will never pay the amount of money we pay for the service we got Very bad signal

Still waiting on my refund 1 month after returning my hot spot. What gives?

I wanted to love this product because as a frequent traveler, I need everything it promises to do. However, from the time I received it, I've had difficulty connecting to the service. The very first time I tried to use, I was told there was a problem with their system and that it would take 3-days to fix, but my trip was only 3-days so I couldn't use it. The second time I tried to use it, I connected, but the service was so slow that I ended up tethering from my phone instead. The third time I tried to use it, it wouldn't connect again. I tried contacting customer service and it took 3 days to get back to me - again, my trip was over by that time. Because of this instability, I would NEVER buy a monthly plan. At least with a daily data plan, I'd only be out $15 if it won't connect.

Hello, Service is not excellent. Sometimes SkyRoam works and sometimes it doesn't. When I rely on it for work, that's not good. Morocco is the worst. From an ordering perspective it's hard to use. The fact I can't change my plan ahead of time without losing data I paid for is ridiculous. I should be able to get my full subscription and set up my next selection without losing anything and ensuring I have continuous internet. My SkyRoam also doesn't say where I've logged in even though I've been multiple places. Minor issue comparatively but a fail on a cool idea.

I am so far disappointed with the performance of my skyroam Solis lite Keeps telling me I have unstable internet! Trying to take a class via zoom and suddenly no connection!!! WTF
