Skyroam - OLD

Made my purchase, and after two days still can not get it to work. Emailed customer support and nothing in return. Might be a good product but who knows when you can't get it to work.

Expensive, could use more high speed data in the unlimited plan

My shipping was delayed and I will not receive it in time for my trip :( I sent several emails with no response, then and had a call with somebody, but no follow up action was taken to attempt to get my package to me in time. There seemed to be a big disconnect for 2 days between when package "left warehouse" and when UPS started showing tracking information. Once they did, it was too late. The storm didn't help. Other than that, the website and interactions with people were okay.

Limited range. We ended up using the hot spot on our cell phones most of the time.

The product is fantastic, but the service is subpar. I requested for a replacement shipping label and I am still waiting for it!! kindly assist. I want to ship your devise back to you! I am also interested in a possible partnership for the African subregion if the option is available.
