Skyroam - OLD

I bought the Solis X for my travels. The unit is compact, and has the remote camera. I like the fact the unit can be used both nationally, and internationally. I'm not to keen on customer service. It could be better. The website is pretty challenging to navigate for the average person. The plans should come in at multiple levels i.e. ten day, seven day, or two week plans. The prepaid plans should be better as well. Overall, I like the unit, but it needs to be better.

overall okay, good service, quick answers, only the speed slowing down after some data use is not handy

Overall it works great but the fact that it's not 2g as well as 5g causes me to have to run another router attached to it for certain wifi devices. I use this in a motorhome for security with temperature and camera devices and they only connect with 2g. We also use it at times for wifi streaming when on the road.

Easy to order! Shipping was right on time and I enjoy the product it very convenient.

The selection of items was a lot less than what I expected when I saw their items on other websites. I was surprised at the different packages and data plans they have. The “assistant” on the site wasn’t very helpful in my opinion, but overall good shopping experience.
