Ever since the next to last update the system takes a very long time to repsond to commands such as switching from Armed to Aboard. Support seemed to think it was my cell provider, but I have 5G Five bars at the slip and at home with T-Mobile. Also, this was not an issue prior to that update. A subsequent update made it a little better but not fixed (anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour to change status) as a result I am forced to leave in a disarmed state, rendering the system far less useful and not worth the subscription cost. I will wait until renewal time and if it's not better will be switching to another product. Shame. It was a great system till it wasn't.

When I installed the unit the wifi senders would not connect with the base station. Siren sent a new unit immediately which solved one of the problems I then had to replace 2 of the senders to get them to connect. Later I installed a wired thermometer which did not work, it had to be replaced as well. Finally all senders are working, the wireless battery senders read low. On the bright side now that the system is working it is good to know the boat is all right.

Never returned my request for customer support. Never received my Nema 2000 kit and ended up having to pay for it again because they said it was in the box. I have no reason to lie about a $38 part. I spent nearly $1,800 and you think I would lie about not receiving the cheapest part that I bought . I never received the part . Secondly, a requested that the services be transferred to my father for it was a birthday present which I was told by customer support I would be getting help with. They never responded again.
