Service could be better

I've had a few problems with it. It reports erroneous engine hours and erroneous fuel levels. At one point I got a notification that an engine was running and of course it wasn't. Would certainly appreciate some help and correcting these issues.

I like the equipment and what it should do. However I’ve now had it for about four months and the system is still not working. Apparently my mechanics now found that the main piece of equipment in the engine room is not working. It has been sent back for replacement on advice from Siren. Siren has refunded two months of service payments. It’s a little soon to make any further comments.
