basically make the job.. but the software needs work and I don't see any improvements in the last two years. Some of the improvements are really basic and I already complained but nothing happens. Like reordering the buttons, adding SeaRay as a manufacturer, like repetitive alerts that would like to temporally suspend, or finxing the geofence settlement that is a hell to setup.

The tracking has become much slower. Some of the tracking information is inaccurate and getting multiple battery normal messages is annoying.

So incredibly frustrating to spend so much on a system and have no upgrades paths or discounts (e.g. MTC wireless devices to Pro).

We all understand about the decommissioning of 3G. At the same time your program to deal with customers who had the 3G units is underwhelming.
