We installed the Siren Marine back in 2018 with an MTC unit. Since we have upgraded to a Pro3. We live over six hours away from our boat so we love the ability to be able to monitor the systems remotely. It is actually come to our savings more than once. Especially on one very scary occasion. We received a phone call from the San Diego Harbor police at 3:00 AM they found our boat Hakuna Matata floating in the middle of San Diego Bay. Upon connecting with the Siren MARINE app we were able to tell the police that our shore power was still active and our Geofence had not been broken, Which caused more in-depth conversation only to discover the boat they found was a powerboat and our boat is a sailboat. We believe in the data provided from the Siren Marine System. An additional side benefit of the Siren Marine monitoring System is, we also use it as an anchor alarm when at anchor. I reset the size of the geofence to what we want for a geofence at anchor and if we drag out of that defiance circle , we get an automatic text and we don’t have to be leaving our phones behind or running a second system. We have recommended it to many other boating friends and will continue to do so.
