Great customer service.

My initial unit did not work and was promptly replaced. Customer service helped walk me through some other issues I was having as well. AND it already save me replacing two 8D batteries when the Daily Report showed my voltages dropping. Turned out my shore power pedestal died at the marina. Great product.

Excellent system, great app and unbelievable customer service. The install was simple and the couple of minor challenges we had were resolved in minutes on the phone with customer service. We looked at Ghost before deciding that Siren was a better choice and I have no regrets.

About all I can review is the product. I love it. I purchase the seasonal plan because my boat is layed up in the winter months. My marina, doesn't allow my boat to be plugged in while on the hard. So having Siren Marine working through the winter, I am able to see my battery voltage and when the voltage drops, I simply plug the boat in and charge for the day. It allows me not to take 9 batteries out of the boat and individually charge them at home.
