Disappointed in product quality. Much thinner than older models. Vibrates going down road. Must keep other objects on top to mute. Quick shipping and communications. But arrived in huge box that could hold an additional 5 units. Could ship in original sturdy box and reduce high shipping charges.

I‘ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and always enjoyed coming into your store and speaking with your employees. For the last few months it’s been annoying coming to the warehouse since even if you preorder and get the email that the order is ready for pick up, it still takes at least 15 minutes to get the order! I’m at a point where I will rather order online from a different site that might even be cheaper than to stand and wait for that long. My loyalty can only go so far. Hope you’ll employ more staff to make this work, or simply open up your store again, this model does not have a future! I’ve spoken to many people waiting and we are all equally disappointed with your poor service.

Your site is always very slow to load. Otherwise, your organization and search functions have gotten better.

Having the chat window constantly popup is really annoying. Any time you switch pages, it pops up after about 10 seconds. I understand the point of it, but I would like the experience a lot more if there was a way to either disable this feature, or only popup once.
