Marcus was a tremendous help. I ordered a SD card. Marcus discovered that not only was my item not available from the mfg., the entire line of SD cards had been discontinued. Not only did Marcus find a perfect replacement, he was able to provide me with instructions on how to update my device firmware as he uses the same device and was extremely familiar with it's operation. The simplest way for me to state this is my expectations are so low for how business view and treat the customers especially in the online age which in tells much less quality and value towards the customer.
