I had an issue come up while ordering my gear. When I called in to see if they could fix it, I got a real person- Samantha- on the phone, and she was very nice, patient and helpful. She pulled my order and helped me make sure that I got it when I needed it. It arrived today. Everything was there, very well packed in a box, and ready for me to use. As I needed it for a job tomorrow, I could not be happier. I got what I needed when I needed it. Great team you all have there. I will definitely continue ordering from you.
