The purchase process and delivery was easy and simple, so was the setting up of the headset itself, but I’ve had many issues in the short time I’ve had with the headset itself. The quality is all over the place and I’m not sure who to talk to about these issues with the headset, between the headband not fitting properly and constantly popping out, connection issues, the sound on voice chat apps being irreversibly damaged among other things, it’s tough to recommend to other people.

I returned my order and it been almost 10 days since it was delivered to you guys and I still don’t get my refund.

If you mistakenly order the wrong headset there is not a good way to cancel the order. So then you have to return the order and wait for a refund. It has been over a month since I returned the misordered product and I haven't received a refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank to try and get a refund which is unacceptable. Headset is great but customer service is abhorrent.

I love the sound I get from the astro a50s but the headband on the top is trash. Ive had them for maybe 2 weeks and they broke and refuse to reattach. I got some saran wrap i spun into a string and tied on them to keep the band together with the head rest but it’s low key ridiculous that I drop 400$ and 2 weeks after got some ghetto macgiver sarah wrap on it.

Ordered a headset around February. The money said it was taken out immediately. But it wasn’t really taken out until a month 1/2 later. That’s just not cool. Not everyone is well off enough to not have things processed immediately or within a few days..
