I like the fast shipping received it in like 3 days of ordering the product

Took a long time to come into stock but once ordered, delivered before expected date

The headset is great, comfortable. Trying to get order status for 5 weeks was a fiasco of going to multiple websites (Astro, Findmyorder, Logitech) trying to find the order status, only to get a status of “Order in process” with no estimated shipping date. Super irritating. I expect, at a minimum, an email confirmation with a link to the status showing the ETA.

Serviceable, it arrives and works. Definitely shouldn't have paid for quicker shipping when it took a whole week to even ship.

I ordered the cord with faster shipping option, and unfortunately to my surprise I never recieved my item which was a bit unfortunate but accidents do happen., I know accidents happen within my own workplace often so no issue. I'll just wait for it to appear I suppose.
