Super excited to get my new custom A40 tags. Only 2 out of the 3 were perfect. But the tag I loved the most looked different compared to the website. Customer service helped me out quick and easy.

I ordered the A10's in white. The sound quality is great but the microphone is subpar hence the four star rating. If the microphone quality matched the sound quality, I'd happily give it five stars. I'm unsure of the A50's sound quality as I have yet to purchased them. But, I will be doing a review of the A50's on my YouTube channel upon purchase very soon. I hope the microphone quality is much more enhance and improved. I experienced a lot of feed back with the A10's. Especially when one laughs into the microphone, the sound tends to spike which is not ideal for a YouTube content creator. Though the bass for the A10's is magnificent. So, if you're planning on gaming and listening to music the A10's are an excellent investment. However, if you intend on Broadcasting check other various sources. As for the A50's, I currently cannot give a proper review until I've purchased them.

Totally recommend, however shipping and service may take a while to ship!

but once received the wrong item entirely

Nice small unit ,sound quality is great .Have to say I use it on the X box series X and it works good noted that .I connected the usb to another power source than the xbox to save on a usb slot on my xbox and improved my connectivity between my xbox and head set .The delivery was lightning fast ,my xbox was still updating files and was already delivered before it was finished here in Canada Top notch!!
