The product arrived in perfect condition and works well. The shipping of one part was delayed three times and delay notification was poor. Otherwise very happy.

The only issue was with shipping. Nowhere did it mention that FedEx would be shipping it and they do not ship to PO Boxes. I had to track my package down and put a hold on it at a FedEx location and pick it up myself. It took two extra days but that was okay. Other than that headphones quality is number one. The sound is amazing and they are truly the best quality feeling headphones I have ever owned

I was dissapointed the origjnal broke after less than 1 year but was excited to find these on sale and reasomable shipping. Came as advertised and works great, bought a 2nd one at the same time as a backup in case this one breaks as well. 4 stars as shipping was great, communication was timely and accurate and product came packaged very well.

My experience purchasing the PS5 adaptor; this product/experience would have received a 5-Star rating as the process (shipping, setup, use…etc) was great. However, my A50’s will not charge when the PS5 system is in sleep mode. Although this may no be a related issue to Astro’s product, it’s an auxiliary product that’s reliant on support tech (firmware update?), with no mention of this issue prior to purchase/set up (that I could find). Still, this was a great purchase and I would recommend it as a work around for next-gen users.
