Shipping took 3 weeks for my headset when I paid for expedient shipping

Ordered it and never got tracking on it. Charged me twice. Try calling customer service and they were no help and were rather rude and didn’t care. Paid for expedited shipping (3-5 business day) and took over 2 weeks. Product also seems cheap and has no instructions on how to adjust or set it up properly. Very poor on astros part and am not pleased at all. Will never buy anything Astro again after this.
