It has wrong sided magnets, looked up online it’s a40 ear pads not a50s. Stop making this kinda dumb mistakes

Astro did not clearly state that “processing” takes 4 weeks- then you can pay for shipping or do standard - once you get the email saying “it’s shipped!” You’re excited - then of course, the shipping you paid for arrives in a box that is destroyed.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I ordered an A50+ Base station. Paid extra for expedited shipping. The Base Station I received didn’t work. I wrote to tech support and they determined it was a bad unit. Instead of overnighting me a new base station, they sent it ground. 10 days later I receive the base station. It turns on but its for an Xbox not PlayStation. I write to them again and “oh our bad. We will send you another one” ground 10 more days. It’s been almost a month now and I haven’t even gotten to enjoy my purchase. TERRIBLE. After this I will never buy ASTROI Again.

I ordered their flagship a50s and realized the shipping info was wrong after check out. Got on the phone immediately and they told me there wasn’t anything they could do. I payed for expedited shipping only to have to track down the package at a previous address through my old land lord. She then sent it to where I currently am. The headset is great but their inability to fix a simple mistake completely ruined my customer experience and I will never shop with Astro again.

Broke in 3 months just the 3.5 though
