Excellent product.

I researched multiple mini computers and decided that Geekom's reputation for customer service was my deciding factor. They did not disappoint. I had to delay my shipment. They were very accommodating and provided guidance during the process. When I was able to receive the computer, I notified them and again they were very accommodating. My experience with the computer has been equally great. I have used Ubuntu Linux for over 10 years and avoid Windows as much as I can. Since the computer comes with Windows/11 preloaded, I tried to setup a dual boot system.. However due bad instructions, I was only partially successful. I decided that the best approach was to install Ubuntu LTS 22.04 and delete Windows. The result has been a super fast system that is rock solid. Everything (WIFI, Bluetooth, printer, external SSD, USB, etc) works perfectly. I typically use my computers for a long time, over 7 years, so I purchased the IT13 with the I9. I am convinced this mini will provide for all my needs for at least 7 years and beyond.
