Geekom has excellent pricing, and good support if needed. We have only had two power adapters go bad out of the 100 mini-PCs we have ordered. Would recommend this company.

Its alright, it does what its suppose to do. I'm more impressed with the GEEKOM IT 15 AI Mini PC I bought that the controller came with. THAT should be getting the review here.

So far I have purchased nine of these computers from Geekom. I use them for both of my businesses. They are powered on 24/7 and we have never had an issue. They run cool and quite. They seem to be well engineered and constructed with precision. I have a few A7 models and the rest are the i9 XT12 pro models. I have zero complaints. I hope, when and if I need customer service, they will be there for me. I am not only the owner of the companies but I am the IT guy too, unfortunately. This is why I need to count on the machines and the support. So far so good!
