Support has been there when I need it, which seldom happens, I have zero cons, the unit is small and very quick, I added an approved camera for face recognition and now I'm logged in before that first sip of coffee.

Very quick shipping, well packaged, comes with everything you would need to get up and running right away. No bloatware, runs silent for the most part, hardly have ever had the fan running, my favorite part. Highly recommended!!
