I submitted a report about the loss of sound, however, no one from Geekom replied with any constructive suggestions. Not pleased with the support.

Shipping was faster than I expected. The free keyboard and mouse were an unexpected bonus. My only issue was that I had no tracking information. I just didn't know when the unit was coming until it was delivered.

Had a duplicate order delivered due to Geekom site error. I retuned the duplicate and Geekom promptly refunded.

service seems fine in that i haven't had to request anything, mostly just the automatic thank you messages with all of the contact information. It was sent fedex USA, there was no confirmation email shipping or tracking information, the keyboard was sent separately from the computer, they arrived 5 days apart making me worry if the pc was shipped, different location, again, no tracking info, but it all worked out.

Not a smooth as I would have liked (quality of the PC, shipping, etc).
