I have made purchased a few times in the past and had no problems. I recently made any other online order last week and I have had no response when they will receive the monopod I had ordered.

Good service, Good follow up Lens wasn't exactly in the condition I thought but it's awesome for the $.

Despite the wrong item being sent versus what I ordered, and was told at the time of ordering the product was discontinued, but a few were left. It turned out the info was incorrect. Product return was straight forward.

One of the best things Gosselin has is the service to client, but in my recents visists the time to await for some attention was very long, it's not very clear what is queue for. The employees were nice despite the rush.
