Very smooth experience with great communication

I’m fairly new to Gosselin, but I’ve quickly come to appreciate a few things they do very well: the used department has MASSIVE amounts of new gear, if you’re like me and enjoy browsing for hidden gems. The pricing is incredibly fair, the shipping threshold is tops in Canada, and the items arrive faster than the two large chains in my own city. The few times I’ve had questions about the detail of an item or returning something, staff has been extremely nice and accommodating. I don’t speak French, and that’s also never been an issue.
