Juanita was very pleased with your quick response. I meant to give you a call regarding the call to me, Shirley Ernst, as I am listed on your records to call. When I got to the phone, the caller ID stated it was from Rapid Response. Is this correct? I did not pick up as I did not recognize the caller. I thought it would be Medical Alert. I know now it will probably be Rapid Response, am I correct? Please advise. I am sorry I did not pick up but the attendant knocked on my door at about the same time the phone rang and I did receive the message and thank you so much. On this occasion, she had no choice but to call you, and I am so glad she did. She could not reach or get to her phone. WE are very pleased with Medical Alert. So for it has worked for my wife. We have not had to use it so far. But at least it is there for her.

My beeper went off and I did not press it. The girl I spoke to over the monitor said to be careful since I wear the one around my neck and I could press against it without knowing it. I have since adjusted it a little higher to avoid this happening. I am 90 years old and live alone. I appreciate the courtesy and assistance every time I have some kind of contact with you. Thank you!
