I recently had a brain fog and could not figure out how to dial my own phone. Medical alert to the rescue: all I had to do was press the button and the medics were here.

Everytime I have had to push my medical alert button I get a fast response. I feel better knowing that you are right there when I need help. Thank you.

I was not put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time! The tech listened and understood my issue. He provided a resolution quickly! The replacement charger came very fast! Now my device is being charged and is working great!
