Good service and glad I had it to call. I asked that my contacts not be called as it was 3:00 in the morning and they were notified anyway. I would have appreciated if that had not been done. At that hour most people are not happy to receive that kind of call. Thank you

Very pleased with your Alert System thus far. During the ice/snow we had in February my mother's apartment was left without power. We were trying to keep warm around the kitchen gas stove but the fumes got to her. I was struggling to get a hotel to take her to when she pressed the button. The Alert System got the firemen to respond to the call and they gave her the respiratory treatment she needed and they offered to come back if she needed another one later. My brother came to take us to his house since all hotels near by were booked. Thank you for your help! 😷

It worked great when I fell and broke my pelvis is January. Just got home from rehab yesterday so I can put it back on again
