On September 29 I caught my foot under the area rug in my living room. I fell and could not get up. I pushed my help button. Medic Alert answered and notified the fire department that I needed help. The firemen helped me up. I signed that I did not need to go to the hospital. I did a number of things around the house. Forty five minutes later I blacked out which cause me to fall again. I had to call for help again. I was very pleased with the way Medic Alert assisted me.

When I used the Medic Alert, they contacted the ambulance immediately. My family was contacted as well. Everything was done in a very efficient manner.

The service worked very well. Did exactly what was needed.

Firefighters, emts and ambulance people were at my door within 6 minutes from alerting you. Turns out It was crucial and time was of the essence. Great job on your part.
