Medical Alert

Saved my life!

Was happy to have the medical alert it gave me and my family a piece of mind. I did have a few problems with it going off when I did not press it...

During my mother's recent fall down her basement stairs, I received a phone call within 2 minutes of the fall to notify me and let me know that Ems was on it's way. I was called back about 2 minutes later to let me know someone at your company was talking with her and that she was able to tell them she was in the basement. I vwould highly recommend your service for Amy elderly person that lives on their own. We have been notified several times by you company and each time was very timely and gave my mother peace of mind. Unfortunately this last fall caused some very severe trauma and my mother passed away about 2 1/2 weeks later. The fire department and paramedics were here within 5 minutes. I had fallen and broke my fore arm and had pain relief immediately.

After a little mix up with the original order, which MedicalAlert handled equitably, this has been very good, and puts my mind at ease. We've had to punch the button twice, and both times the service was excellent. There was a bit of stress when someone called to solicit an upgrade, but after I called to object, that hasn't been repeated. I have recommended MedicalAlert to friends and will gladly do so again.
