Medical Alert

I was away on vacation and became very ill. I pushed the button and medical alert took care of getting first responders, an ambulance and notifying my family. I was very happy with the help I received!

The paramedics arrived promptly, asked appropriate questions to determine the nature of any injury, and quickly raised me up off the floor of our tiny bathroom. They then carefully allowed me to walk to my chair in the living room, and checked all my vitals and determined that I did not need transportation to the hospital. They performed in a professional and highly-competent manner, and my caregiver and I were very pleased with every aspect of their care.
