Medical Alert

Medical Alert has been great. I used their customer service and was treated kindly and professionally. I was so thankful I had invested in a Medical Alert system because two months ago I fell and I could not get up. They responded immediately after I used the Medical Alert pendant that I always wear and got me the help I needed. I am not sure what I would have done had I not had Medical Alert.

I have had to use the Medical Alert service and it is jam up. After pressing my pendant button and there was an E.M.T. bending over me, giving me assistance in just minutes.

Your service was great. Saved my life more than once. Thanks to people like you, for making a difference to those you need help in the golden years(haha). There are no golden years for us elderly. Just glad to still be around at 91.

Your response to an alert is prompt and very professional. My mom is very pleased with the unit. We had a learning curve with moms cat. She stepped on the alert button twice on the main unit. Had to put it on a shelf so the cat couldn’t reach it.

Actually I thought my answering machine took longer to respond in that my son called the police who also alerted some else The question from your box finally started and if I had been unconscious you would not have gotten an answer. I had to say yes I had an emergency y They came quickly because they are close by. Not sure how great your service is actually. Should not have given it a 5
