Medical Alert

I wear my button all the time - shower, wherever. I take my charged unit with me when I go anywhere away from home. It gives me more confidence everywhere. The people at the home base are nice to help with any issues that may come up. I am satisfied with the services provided and performed.

From the time I fell and it was a bad fall, my worst yet, medical alert staff was there for me! I was on the floor in my bedroom and was bleeding from a head wound. they helped up and put me in a stretcher chair and were so nice to me! When we got to SSH ER they made sure I was taken care of and said goodbye to me. They were professional and so great! I am so happy to have medical alert!

Medical Alert saved my life along with my little Pomapoo Molly. I fell in my bathroom and crumbled like a pretzel. When I came to my little dog was barking and I thought I was only out a few minutes but found out it was almost 3 hours. When I come to I remembered my alert button around my neck and pushed it and the paramedics came right away and my blood sugar was only 37. I'm diabetic and was in the hospital for 2 weeks and then rehab for2 weeks. That's my story. Now I am permanently in a nursing home but will always be happy that I had my Medical Alert when I needed it. Thank you
