I'm writing this for my 97 yr old dad, he fell in his home about a month ago, pushed the button and shortly after he was rescued by kind caring individuals who took him to the hospital, and also made sure his home was secured when they left. Thank you! He is unable to live on his own anymore but your service was invaluable.

I am having some difficulty charging the device. I need to work on activating.
