Medical Alert

I was happy with Medical Alert. It gave me peace of mind when I had to be away from my husband. I only had to use it twice during the 3 months We had it. My husband passed away July 25 and I returned the Medical alert the next week.

It’s wonderfull

I was entering an indoor pool in the basement of a 4 story Inn in a tiny town in Western Vermont when I fell going down the steps. I was unable to get out of the pool, and I thought “What are the chances that my device will work?” But it did. They had my location and I was able to tell them that the only way to the pool was via the driveway to the parking lot. An ambulance arrived in about 10 minutes. The ENT’s lifted me from the pool, put me on a gurney and took me to the hospital. I was thrilled with response. Great work Medical Alert!

Response Was immediate. Operator verified my emergency. Paramedics responded within minutes. I was transported to Emergency. Thank you.
