Medical Alert

Medical Alert went very well. I felt well attended to. I think it was important that they took me to the hospital. The Attendants were very nice and knowledgeable. Sue

I fell in my bedroom, due to a shoelace becoming entangled with a metal dog cage. I fell instantly, fracturing my left femur, my left hip and a couple of other smaller fractures. The Kitsap County fire department responded promptly. I had had several false alarms in recent months and feared a slow response. No sweat. They took great care of me. Medical Alert was prompt, simple and a great aid.

I called 9-1-1 needing an ambulance... no answer. But pressed a Medical Alert button... ambulance & fire department here in 5 minutes. THANKS!

The firemen were here quickly and were very kind and helpful.

Response was immediate. EMTs arrived quickly.
